About the project (provided by the applicant)
The architects found inspiration in 5 Avenue (New York), or more specifically, its part that outlooks the Central Park. The familiar American art deco style features austere lines and natural colors in the facades, lots of glass, floral and animalistic patterns.
The 20-storey U-shaped residential house is surrounded with four parks and has got the view of the Serebryany Pond. The northern facade is decorated with a fine net of golden profiles attached to black glass. Under every window, there are golden medallions against the black background, which looks really elegant.
