About the project (provided by the applicant)
The main entrance to the museum features a wide, asymmetrical staircase that serves both a functional and exhibition purpose. The staircase invites visitors to embark on a journey of exploration, symbolizing the ascent to new knowledge and discoveries.
The entrance is filled with natural light thanks to panoramic glazing. The lobby houses the «Man of the Future» exhibition, which conveys the museum's concept by presenting a vision of the future and humanity's place within it. From here, the staircase takes visitors to the exhibition halls.
The atrium features panoramic windows, while the roof boasts a semicircular truss structure topped with glazing. This design creates an effect akin to being inside an aquarium.
