The project transforms former industrial premises into a versatile space for hosting various events, exhibitions, art forums, and concerts.
The ceiling height of 21 meters allows for the construction of an intermediate floor. It will not only expand the available exhibition area but also serve as an observation deck, offering unique perspectives on exhibits and significantly broadening the range of display options.
A key consideration in adding this floor is maintaining a distance from the existing walls. This precaution is necessary in order to preserve the integrity of the walls and prevent any risk of damage during potential dismantling. Thus, the new floor will be supported by two rows of columns, located no more than six meters apart.
