Best Project of Comfort Class Residential Estate
About the project
Residential building with 132 apartments in one of the most exclusive areas in Guatemala City. Offers a solution for the end user to live in the city’s business and leisure center. The building has two towers (21 and 23 floors respectively), and some connections in specific levels of the tower to create terraces for the apartments and amenities. At the base level there are two restaurant/cafe shops that complements the urban setting. Some of the amenities include gathering space, lobby, pool lounge with bar, gym, terrace deck and dog park.
