About the project
The project of embankment beautification along Gorky Street in Yekaterinburg is an attempt to transform a poor architectural solution used for the underground parking into a new highlight of the urban environment The project was called to connect to levels of the embankment and establish a new public space with additional functions within a modern multilandscape architectural solution.

The authors needed to find a beautification solution to transform the concrete wall of the underground parking, facing the embankment, into an attractive landscaping element.

The new vivid architectural concept allowed to connect the top and the lower levels of the embankment, offering comfortable traffic options for pedestrians, cyclers, and citizens with reduced mobility.
