About the project
The office building is a part of the multifunctional Iskra Park complex built on Leningradsky Prospect. It was designed to become the architectural dominant of the project. Its all-glass crystal facade makes it both bright and contrasting on the environment. The opaque cladding of the office building serves as an antithesis to the background development of dense stone and decorated with fine elements. The zigzag-like layout made it possible to arrange a courtyard.
