The project aims to create an innovative culture and education complex in Yaroslavl, seamlessly integrating educational, business, and residential functions within a comfortable environment.
The building’s dual image is reminiscent of a split geode, featuring two atriums that resemble precious crystals encased in a solid structural shell. Externally, the design embraces a modern minimalist aesthetic with a reference to monumental modernism. The simplicity of the exterior design contrasts with the vibrant interior decor, enhancing the image of a concealed crystal. The mirror finish of the entrance area boosts the building’s inviting appeal.
The building is divided into two sections, intended for residential and educational purposes.
