About the project
The author suggests building a campus, surrounded by a park with level differences and lots of green plants. The campus blocks can’t be taller than 15 meters and have some compositional restrictions to contrast the residential developments being designed. Academic and living premises are located in the center of the development and protected from noise by green plants and level differences. The main entrance is designed on the side of the railway station.
The boulevard opposite the educational and hostel blocks is the green axis of the facility, comprising recreation sites and venues for festive occasions.
