About the project
This building will be located at the entrance to Ivanovo on the side of Kostroma. Here, the route of Russia’s Golden Ring is located, providing additional people’s traffic. Moreover, this building will create a pleasant impression with the tourists.
Even further, this building will help developing the infrastructure of the Mineyevo District and ensure leisure and entertainment, being surrounded with a sports park.
The key function of the building is providing a site for winter leisure, so it comprises a skating-rink, dry training premises and a climbing wall. Moreover, the building will contain a hotel, a shopping mall, a restaurant and a cinema, which will make it a universal and independent venue.
