Urban Villas, IZUMRUDNY Residential Complex
The primary objectives in designing the residential complex were to create a distinctive architectural identity and to develop thoughtful planning solutions that meet the contemporary demands of potential buyers in this market segment.
The complex consists of three four-storey residential buildings, each containing 24 apartments, united by a common underground attached parking garage with 95 parking spaces. The total above-ground area of all buildings is 7,087.8 m². The urban-villa unit mix includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 40 m² to 97.1 m².
