About the project
Jazz Quarters is the result of redevelopment of three existing buildings located at the same site — the former Junior Book Typographic Works — with construction of two new blocks and an underground parking lot. The production block along the street was retained, and a mosaic picture of 482 square meters on its side was carefully restored. Today, it is a recognizable highlight of the entire district. In fact, it was the color palette of this mosaic that set the color layout of the main block. The redeveloped facility comprises residential and office premises, as well as a kindergarten. The high-rise dominant of the development is a snow-white tower.
