K-330

In the picturesque "Zolotye Peski" gated community, we executed a large-scale custom single-story residential project, K-330, spanning 330 m². Situated on a sloped site along the shore of the Gulf of Finland, the building's architecture and structural engineering were meticulously adapted to the challenging terrain.

The client, a professional architect, developed the preliminary schematic design independently. Our team then produced the full set of construction drawings and executed the build. A distinctive entrance zone, a two-car carport, and a covered terrace shape the home's striking exterior silhouette. Anchoring the layout is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. The property also accommodates a custom-designed aerated concrete bathhouse.

This project exemplifies how an architectural concept can be seamlessly integrated into complex topography while fully preserving the building's aesthetics, functionality, and bespoke character.
