About the project The K-7000 Museum is intended to become part of Sevkabel Port, a cultural venue in St. Petersburg, Russia. The project places the first typical K-7 series house into one of Sevkabel’s industrial workshops. The five-story panel building will go through both workshop floors and house a permanent exhibition of the museum. K-7000 collection will highlight Soviet-era heritage, such as typical flat layouts, interior design and urban planning solutions. Visitors to the 2nd floor of the museum will be able to study various planning solutions for panel houses in VR format; the 4th floor will showcase typical layouts for residential areas.
