About the project
The design site is located in the historical part of the city and is adjacent to historical and cultural sites. It was necessary to fit in a new building, given the large restrictions on height and appearance. Since the surrounding buildings are made of traditional materials such as clinker bricks and ceramic roofing, the new building is conceived with the use of a hinged ventilated ceramic facade and roof. The ascetic modern look does not interfere with the perception of historical buildings, the wall decoration goes to the roof, creating the effect of a unite volume. The result is a modern, light, beautiful building.
