The building of the universal public entertainment and business centre is located in the city of St. Petersburg, in the Kalininsky District, on the territory of a previously designed residential quarter. The public centre includes such functional zones as entertainment (cinema halls, children's spaces), cultural (exhibition space, a concert hall for 1,000 people), sports (a fitness centre and swimming pool), retail (shops, boutiques, shopping galleries, a food minimarket, a children's goods store), business (offices, a conference hall, co-working), and a public catering zone (food court, café). The volumetric-spatial solution of the building is expressed in three volumes converging at the apex and resembling a rock. Each of the volumes represents a separate, self-contained group in accordance with the purpose of the centre's elements.
