The project site is located in the suburbs of Kazan, near the existing airport terminal. The building includes atrium spaces, covered walkways, jet bridges, waiting areas, security screening zones, office spaces with conference rooms, as well as cafés and food courts.
The terminal is designed for visitors of all ages, making safety and environmental friendliness key priorities. Environmental friendliness applies to both interior and exterior finishing materials, as well as façade structures. Fire safety and evacuation regulations are also strictly observed.
