House of Culture in Karim Tinchurin Park (Russia)

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project presents a modern House of Culture that seamlessly integrates into the landscape of Karim Tinchurin Park. The building is situated in a recreational area, combining urban aesthetics with a natural setting. The architectural concept is based on a dialogue between «green» architecture and deconstructivism, featuring dynamic facade forms, panoramic glazing, reinforced concrete beams, and a green roof.
The spatial layout includes two lecture halls, a café, a coworking space, and an open rooftop terrace. The focus is on flexible spaces: mobile furniture allows the interiors to be adapted for performances, lectures, or exhibitions. The outdoor area with a green surface serves as a venue for summer events. Pedestrian pathways are integrated into the park’s alleys, while semi-transparent facades visually connect the interior with nature.
