Project
Improvement of the Embankment near the Temple of All Religions (Russia)
Category
Best Project of Public Space by Student
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The area around the Temple of All Religions in Kazan is a popular spot due to its vibrant landmark. Unfortunately, the embankment near the temple remains undeveloped, featuring fallen trees, hazardous descents to the water, illegal parking, and a lack of a safe pedestrian walkway along the road. The improvement concept includes utilizing elevation changes with stone panels, transit spaces along the embankment, and scenic walking trails leading to the water.
