About the project
The 4-level theatre with a basement is designed in one of the most bustling and crowded sections of the city. The building features the bionic style – a perfect blend of plastic, technology, and nature. The overall concept is based on one of the most remarkable attributes of the ballet art – pointes. Terraces surrounding the buildings offer a great view of the Kazanka River. As one hardly can imagine pointes without ribbons, dancing halls, workshops and other facilities are look as ribbons in the plan view.
Two audience halls seat 900 and 450 people.
