This villa is designed with dimensions of 5×8 meters on two floors in Khalaj village (Maku-Iran) and the construction of this project has started in the summer of 2023.
The high mountains of Ararat in Turkey can be seen from the balcony of the north side of the project, and the western light radiation into the space is limited by concrete mesh structures so that the residents can be comfortable.
The material suggested for this villa was white cement. But we used basalt stone. Because many of the old houses in this area are made of fire-fighting stones and native basalt.
