The project is designed for an undeveloped section of Khimki Forest Park, aiming to enhance the area with landscaping. At the heart of the proposal is the creation of an observation deck, where all park paths and trails converge, envisioned as a focal point that will draw visitors to the park.
The park is intended to cater to families, young people, and the elderly, offering a welcoming space for all generations.
