About the project This tenement house that belonged to merchant Khryashchev, then to textile tycoon Varin, and then - to the Serpukhov tow council was designed by architects Marvey Kazakov and Roman Klein.
At some point, it was recognized as a cultural heritage site, and later they wanted it adjusted for today’s needs. First of all, it had to be suitable for different kinds of events and various event scenarios. These tasks were solved by the renovators perfectly.
