About the project (provided by the applicant)
This house was built in 1890, and the apartment within was reconstructed with a limited budget.
To preserve the historic spirit, the layout wasn’t changed too much. The designer just wanted to let more light in.
The large wardrobe in the entrance hall was painted with the same paint as the walls to make it almost invisible. Embedded multipurpose shelves were located in the transit zone.
Actually, every possible living scenario for a modern tenant was considered here.
