About the project (provided by the applicant):
The kindergarten was built in 1937 to the project by architect Manvelyan.
This proposal was developed for reconstruction of the kindergarten so that it complies with the up-to-date regulations. The designers also had to produce a beautification concept for the surrounding grounds. According to the project, there will be 2 children’s playgrounds and one sports field.
