About the project (provided by the applicant) Koltsovo Park is an important natural area in Novosibirsk, but today it is poorly equipped for extended recreation: it loses appeal in winter, and the lack of navigation makes visits challenging. With increasing popularity, it is important to protect the ecosystem and preserve habitats for birds and animals.
The project proposes transforming the park into a modern, year-round space. Plans include summer cafés, winter pavilions, sports areas, eco-trails, and observation zones for nature watching. Educational programs are also developed, along with an equestrian center for riding and horseback activities.
Smart solutions are integrated as well: free Wi-Fi and a mobile app providing maps and information about the nature and history of Koltsovo.
Thus, the park will become an eco-friendly, multifunctional center combining comfort for residents, cultural life in the city, and care for nature.
