About the project
The objective of the project was to create a place where grieving would be natural, where one would be able to share the anguish of loss with the others.
The cemetery is designed in accordance with the Russian traditions. The shape of the crystal refers to reliability, purity, and solidity.  Cold and estrange concrete is used to highlight it. Several artworks will be located throughout the columbarium, each of them associated with one of the multiple confessions common in Russia.
