A function-rich campus is organized as a cohesive, logical space united by a common concept and thoughtfully designed internal connections. Like beads on a string, all the functional zones located in different parts of the campus are linked to a pedestrian gallery that follows a gentle arc through the entire “Kontur Park” at the level of the third floor.

The main building is an elongated three-storey volume. It forms a unified structure with a regular façade grid and distinct functional accent blocks — office buildings of up to seven storeys, the educational centre and sports complex, entrance groups set back from the main volume, as well as café and conference facilities.

The main office building is located on the corner and takes on a curved form. Slim, light-coloured lamellas on the glazed façades create a dynamic vertical rhythm reminiscent of lines of computer code. The expressive façade articulation, created by projecting blocks of different scales, helps avoid a sense of monotonous development.
