Category Best Implemented Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant) The Kox-Ota residential complex in Tashkent is an example of modern sustainable housing, combining comfort, eco-friendliness, and energy efficiency. The varied-height buildings (9 and 12 stories) are harmoniously integrated into the landscape, forming an expressive panorama of the district.
The complex includes underground parking and a landscaped, secured area with children’s and sports playgrounds and recreational zones. Apartment layouts ensure good daylighting, natural ventilation, and functionality. Facades are designed in a light palette with distinctive balconies. Solar panels and water heaters on the roofs reduce energy network loads. Durable materials and low-energy engineering systems are used.
Kox-Ota combines architectural expressiveness, environmental standards, and high comfort, creating a harmonious living environment for the modern city.
