About the project
The new building of the Local History Museum fits into the tight development of the city center and features a harmonious combination of something old and something new. The museum facades vary in shape, style, and height, starting from the red line of the historical development, changing in the depth of the district, and making a united architectural ensemble. It was necessary to consider modern trends of town-planning, and that’s why the concept comprises simple shapes and colors. The structural solution of the museum facilitates comfortable operation of the entire complex, first of all – of large-scale venues like atriums, exposition and concert halls, as well as expert management of museum depositories.
