A project near the historic centre of St. Petersburg, whose concept is inspired by the work of Arkhip Kuindzhi and the theme of light.
The laconic architecture with elements of post-constructivism is built on the interplay of large window openings, warm natural shades of the façades, and chiaroscuro. A unified design code unites architecture, interiors, and landscape. The grand entrance group is designed as a separate two-storey volume: the ground floor houses the lobby and waiting areas, while the second floor is entirely devoted to a coworking space. The interiors are complemented by light art objects by the artist Vladimir Polyakov. Particular attention has been paid to the private courtyard on the stylobate: its landscape includes a “noir” garden, green rooms, a stream, intimate rest zones, and art objects.
