About the project
Since 20303, this art center was established in the former movie theater and attracted modern art connoisseurs and music fans. As time passed, the building got deteriorated and required major overhaul. The first disassembling and excavation shoring works were performed in March 2022.
The reconstructed building is going to be twice as big and comprise 5 levels. The 1st floor is designed for a large hall with 1,000 seats, a choreographic and demonstration spaces, a rehearsal and service rooms, a ticket office, and a café. The 2nd floor will house dressing rooms, as well as technical and administrative premises. The 3rd floor is intended for a TV studio and a rock culture museum.
