The front light beige facade of the southern section of the house matches both the historic and the modern environment. Unique decorations of the south facade are reechoed in metal balcony rails. The mezzanine floor houses private terraces with magnificent views. A cozy garden in front of the building follows the best development traditions of this district.
The multi-level northern section of the house features laconic style, as if to contrapose the southern block. Its austere dark grey facade is finished with clinker tiles. The terraces offer the views over the historic center of the city, the delta of the Neva, cable bridges, and green sceneries of Krestovsky Isle.
