The project is a large-scale residential complex located in the Lomonosovsky District of the Leningrad Region. It features monolithic concrete houses up to 11 storeys high, designed in the Scandinavian style, closed-off car-free courtyards with children's playgrounds, and its own infrastructure.
The ring road can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car. The «Prospekt Veteranov» metro station is a 30-minute drive or a 50-minute bus ride away, while «Baltiyskaya» station is a 40-minute train ride from Dudergof and Krasnoye Selo railway stations. Pulkovo Airport is a 35-minute drive from the complex.
