About the project (provided by the applicant)
The conception of this project arises from the desire to transform dry and arid landscapes into living environments through architecture. Located in the middle of an oasis, this project is characterized by a stepped form that allows the expansion of the volume, including swimming pools and heliport, adorned with hanging gardens that integrate organically into the environment.
The arrangement of these elements generates microclimates that are reflected in the interior comfort of the living spaces. The internal distribution includes areas such as the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms, each with their respective services, divided into blocks and organized around a central axis that facilitates accessibility to both the interior and exterior of the project.
The structure is self-supporting, as is the mezzanine, which is composed of reinforced concrete slabs finished in reddish stone. The cantilevers, on the other hand, are made of a metallic structure with gold-colored finishes.
