About the project
The site is located in Karelia at a small water pond. The sophisticated shape of the house is inspired by reindeer antlers and comprise three blocks. Side walls and the roof feature light-colored material with minimum windows whereas end walls are dark and adorned with stained glass windows, referring to ethnic ornaments of the people of the North.

In the north part of the house, there is a garage and technical premises, whereas in the south-east the house looks towards the pond. Both facades are designed with terraces. At the south-eastern terrace, there is a safe fireplace.

Besides the living house, the site comprises a bath-house with access to the pond, a BBQ zone, and a boat pier.
