About the project
Leningrad residential development comprises all the possible advantages of business class projects: attractiveness, favorable location, state-of-the-art technologies and comfortable layouts. This 24-storeyed estate is being constructed at Mount Poklonnaya, in one of the most clean and green districts of the city.
Facades feature the Stalins Empire style, which combines Neoclassicism, Baroque and Art Deco, looking at the same time magnificent, luxurious and monumental. Leningrad estate can be rightfully called an architectural landmark of the northern part of St. Petersburg.
