About the Project
The development site is located at the crossroads of Lermontov and Solyanaya Streets. The planning and spatial concept of this estate, as well as its exterior and interior design, were affected by the town-planning situation, the site dimensions, and its location close to Museynaya Square. This is a residential building with inbuilt non-residential premises at the ground floor. Volumetric-spatial and architectural-artistic solutions match the existing historical background in the center of the city. Facades feature the Pseudoclassicism style, as well as architectural decorations and classical architectural solutions.
