The basic concept of the project is creation of a library center in compliance with both up-to-date regulations as regards to contemporary libraries and to eco-sustainable buildings. The center will comprise the main building and the beautified premises, together making a perfect architectural composition. The library building will be modern, with state-of-the-art equipment, and it will offer comfortable atmosphere for reading and working.
