About the project (provided by the applicant):
The ex store will become a library with the area of 260 square meters, a state-of-the-art entertainment and leisure center for families. Several sections with advanced equipment were designed in detail — there will be a special room for meetings with young characters, workshops, interactive classes, family events, and performances. Moreover, there will be a venue for the youngest readers, a creativity center, and an experimental lab. This place won’t just be a classical library — it will also be a hi-tech educational and creative reading center for children and their parents. Besides, here inclusive programs for children with special needs will be implemented.
