About the project (provided by the applicant)
The station is located along the shoreline, within easy reach for emergency assistance. The ground floor houses a boathouse for two watercraft (boat, motorboat) with a viewing platform above. The project includes a medical emergency room with vehicle access, a duty officer’s office with a full view of the water, as well as restrooms and a lobby. Terraces appear on the 2nd and 3rd floors due to the tectonic form of the building, offering views of the waterfront. A small parking area and pier are also included.
