Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Residential buildings in Iran have become cubes that are only used for sleeping.
The floors are placed on top of each other and the residents' communication with each other is minimized.
In the line building project, the main concept of the project is to preserve Iranian architecture with a new and updated format that meets the needs of the residents, and the main goal is to create a house for living and not only for sleeping.
The line project follows the pattern of Iranian architecture in its design and repeats the 5-door form of old Iranian houses on the facade; In this pattern, the main spaces are located behind the 5 doors, and the same pattern is repeated in the reception areas and in the lane.
The space of the garden pit is considered to strengthen the sense of neighborhood and more communication between the residential units and the lines that extend from this space to the roof and layer upon layer of green walls to strengthen the feeling of greenery.
