Low-Rise Residential Quarter in Lisy Nos Village. The project presents a low-rise residential quarter conceived as an extension of the natural landscape of Lisy Nos village. The core idea is to create a comfortable and safe living environment where architecture does not dominate the natural surroundings, but rather becomes their organic continuation.

The master plan is built on an alternation of residential and retail volumes, shaping an intimate streetscape and offering diverse scenarios for daily life. Visual corridors to the existing forest are preserved between the buildings, while landscaped pedestrian routes connect the residential areas with public spaces.

The architecture of the houses relies on a restrained contemporary interpretation of low-rise development: natural color palettes and textured materials allow the buildings to seamlessly integrate into their context. Special emphasis is placed on the human scale of the environment, the privacy of residential spaces, and a gradual transition from public to private domains.
