Project
Lobby of Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant’s Museum
Category
Best Implemented Interior Design Project for Public Space
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The team had several key tasks: preserving the statue of Lenin, relocated from the main plant square to the museum lobby; designing a reception area with display cases for souvenir sale; offering a solution for the cloakroom wall adjacent to the restrooms; crafting a decorative wall showcasing the plant’s products; and developing clear visitor navigation. The ground floor lobby is designed in neutral tones, punctuated by bright accents. Linear fluorescent lighting guides the room’s flow and dynamic, while functional zones are emphasized through bold volumetric and light installations. Visitor navigation is creatively implemented through distinct floor colors, all aligned with the company’s brand palette.
