There are two buildings in this development located at the western bank of the Lower Suzdal Lake in St. Petersburg.
The loft style echoes the low-rise development along the lakeside. It is all about creative freedom and practical minimalism, demure presentability, a self-explanatory feature of a business class development.
There are glazed balconies and horizontal ledgment rods along the facade finished with hand-shaped clinker bricks. Perforated metal panels that repeat the brick pattern of the building have special role in characterization of this place.
