About the project
The setting of Alexander Ostrovsky’s ‘Profitable Position’ was transferred to the present day. The characters of the play have to choose between complying with the ideals – their own or imposed by the society — or living wealthy lives.
The stage design presents many corridors that create a house, where people are all separated. This performance got the top award at the regional festival 2021/22 Premiers of the Season.
