The new building of Lux Hotel is located on a vacant lot in Magas, the capital of Ingushetia. This five-story establishment features a total of 64 rooms, including 40 standard rooms, 14 suites, and 1 luxurious presidential suite. The design is distinguished by a striking corner volume – a 21-meter-high glass cube that serves as a focal point. The façade is finished with a combination of stone, glass, and metal. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant with an open terrace overlooking the park, as well as a swimming pool with a modern spa complex. The first floor houses administrative and utility rooms, along with a gym. Two parking lots are conveniently located near the hotel.
