LuzAzul

Best Project of Residential Estate

About the project
LuzAzul was inspired from Mayan cosmovision about life and their understanding of the world, always cyclic, unfolding, expanding, evolving and regenerating.
We believe that each of the architectural elements that compose LuzAzul are well thought and carefully designed, resulting in what Bernini would’ve called a ‘bel composto’, since each part works for the other and complements it in a way there would be no use of having one without the other.
The design of this 12 m residential project responds to the possibilities of the land plot, there was a strong intention in blending the building to its surrounding
Vegetal pallet through its height and density. The perimeter of the land plot was used to place the building as a stone fortress that holds a quiet retreat in the center area that generates a calmed atmosphere resembling a vegetation surrounded oasis that covers and hugs anyone who enters in it.
