Lyvin Bingin Villas — an intimate collection of ten three-bedroom villas with private pools, located just minutes from Bingin Beach.

The architects at Lyvin Properties integrated the project into the natural topography of southern Bali: the hilly landscape with 3–5 meter elevation drops and mature teak trees became the foundation of the composition rather than an obstacle to construction.

The facades are clad in local limestone — the architecture emerges from the earth, echoing the coastal cliffs. Wooden slats filter the tropical light and provide privacy without a sense of enclosure. The interiors are built around a tactile experience: the contrast of smooth and textured surfaces brings the space to life. The ground floor combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas with high ceilings and sliding portals. The master bedroom opens onto the pool, blurring the line between the home and the garden. Select villas feature a rooftop terrace for yoga or BBQ. All furniture is crafted from Javanese teak.
