About the project
This residence, surrounded by a crowded neighborhood, is designed for an introvert experience.
Each space is connected to the other in various dimensions, creating a Jenga effect in the outlook of the building.
Our client, being a politician, hosts several people on a daily basis and wanted us to maintain the private areas uninterrupted, for which we have segregated the vertical connectivity across the building.
A west-side courtyard is connected to the east dining area with a double height for cross-ventilation
An OAT is designed on the terrace floor overlooking the pool. This entire floor is an entertainment zone with different levels and a huge space to accommodate the vast number of guests.
