About the project
This is a place where contrasts meet. Austere square shapes are used to restrain the rotated volumes. Timeless sole-colored brick of the facades is stricken with Pantone's Color of The Year, Viva Magenta. Black painted metal balances the luxury of the polished brass.
The well-considered layouts are integrated into the sophisticated geometry. The large hall can take the visitors to a big sitting room – or to the back of the house with the guest room, an extra walk-in wardrobe, and a pantry. The highlights of the project are its public zones – the double-height sitting room with panoramic glazing and a fireplace, the dining room with a view, and the comfortable kitchen. The sauna with a standalone restroom opens to the terrace with a BBQ zone.
